Reservations

All reservations require a 30% deposit. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Early check-in/late check-out available upon request

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
• 14-30 days: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund

House Rules

• No smoking inside apartments
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00
• Pets allowed with prior approval

Liability

Cohen House is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance is recommended.
